Shipping Options

  • Same Day - Must be ordered by 12:30PM

  • Next Day - Must be ordered by 4:00PM

  • Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 Working Days) - Must be ordered by 4:00PM

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-3 Working Days)- Must be ordered by 4:00PM

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday - Must be ordered by 4:00PM

Do I Qualify for Same Day Shipping?

In order to qualify for our Same Day shipping service you must order before 12:30PM, and have the delivery address situated within 60 miles of our warehouse (Pontypool, TORFAEN, South Wales). If you are unsure whether you are eligible for Same Day delivery, please contact us to confirm.

If an order is placed which doesn’t meet both of these requirements, we will downgrade the delivery option to Next Day and the difference in price will be refunded.

We aim to deliver our Same Day orders by 4:00PM, if your order arrives any later than this it will be counted as Next Day, and the difference in price will be refunded.
